Will I receive the same orgonite product that I see in the picture?

Each orgonite product is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring every piece is unique and slightly different from the photos shown. We specialize in creating custom orgonite designs tailored for each order, with great attention to detail and authenticity. While I do my best to replicate the original designs I’ve created, slight variations may occur due to the handmade process. This art is susceptible to human error, but we guarantee to minimize the impact and deliver the highest quality possible. Unlike mass-produced items, our energy products are made purely by hand, giving them unmatched authenticity and powerful energy. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and understand the value of unique, handcrafted products.

Can I return the order after placing it

All items are made upon receiving your order. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an instant email confirming your order.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not supported. If you wish to cancel the order within 2 hours of purchase, please email us immediately and we will provide you with immediate instructions to complete your return.
Over two hours, we do not accept any form of return or exchange, as orgonites are handmade, and all are made after the order placement, as canceling orders wastes precious material, please be patient after you submit your order.

What is the delivery date of my order ?

All items are made upon receiving your order. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an instant email confirming your order. We will send you a despatch notification email when the item is dispatched. This email contains the carrier name, logistics tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can track your parcel logistics information by entering that number on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Time: We ship within 7-15 business days. This may change during peak season. If this item is needed urgently, please contact us to see if we can meet your deadline.

Do I need to pay customs duties for my order

Your order arriving in your country may be subject to customs duties and incur additional costs. All costs will be borne by the buyer.

What if the package is damaged after receiving it

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
