Returns & Exchanges : Not accepted

All items are crafted upon receiving your order. After completing your purchase, you will receive an immediate email confirming your order.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not supported. If you wish to cancel the order within 2 hours of purchase, please email us immediately, and we will provide you with prompt instructions to complete your return.

Over two hours, we do not accept any form of return or exchange, as orgonites are handmade, and all are made after the order placement, as canceling orders wastes precious material, please be patient after you submit your order.

Refund Timeline

For cancel orders, refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, the refund timeline will be approximately 5 - 10 working days and may varies between different banks.

Return Policy on Defective Goods

All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us,we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

The return shipping fee will also be refunded to you in form of orgoneking.com online ecoupon.
