Mindfulness Meditation「The Link to Wealth」

Please go to a quiet and relaxing space, put the orgonite pyramid or orgone energy pendant next to you, close your beautiful eyes, gently feel your breathing, and listen to your own pounding heartbeat.

Let yourself feel more clearly than any morning before that your own breathing is the most beautiful link between us and our own life.
Take a deep breath, inhale deeply, exhale slowly.

Please allow yourself to relax your body, be open to acceptance, allow your body to relax from head to toe, observe the breath slowly reaching every corner of your body, and let your mind slowly become quiet.

Please imagine that our body is a pure and flawless vessel, and all the beautiful breath will come to this vessel.

Now, invite yourself to a special experience.

There is no right or wrong in this experience. I just invite you to take a look. What exactly are you feeling and thinking about money and wealth?

Therefore, whatever comes up is allowed.

Now, take a deep breath, exhale slowly, and let your mind and body relax completely.

Now, I invite you to turn your attention to your relationship with wealth. When you hear the concepts of wealth, money, making money, saving money, spending money, etc. about money, pay attention to the thoughts and emotions that arise in your mind.

Think about it, for you, what was the most intense experience of money?

Notice that if there are any emotions, just quietly observe them and feel them.

Money may have brought you joy, happiness, fear, loss, exhaustion, helplessness, anger and sadness.

Now I invite you to focus on the less pleasant parts and listen to the sounds, images, and feelings that arise in your mind.

Maybe your feelings about money are: extreme fear, extreme uneasiness, extreme lack, extreme desire, inability to make money, so tired, money is so hard to make, poverty is so scary, why can’t you always make ends meet? I have to work hard to make money, why can’t I make money even though I work so hard, why can’t I always keep money, why is it so difficult to save money, why are other people so rich, and rich people tend to go bad, and rich people I can’t enter the kingdom of heaven, I can’t pursue money, etc.

When you have fully felt your feelings about money, now I invite you to observe your own feelings as a third party.

What experiences created these feelings?

No matter what the thought is, you just need to notice it. Thoughts are just thoughts. There is no right or wrong.

But sure, these ideas have helped you in the past, so you can still say thank you for them.

Of course, there are some old beliefs and ideas, maybe like old clothes.

You have grown up today, and those old clothes are no longer suitable for you today.

So let’s not let these old ideas trap you today.

How do you tell if an idea is useful?

If this thought does not make you rich, then we should carefully replace these negative beliefs.

We can create a safe deposit box of old beliefs in our inner world.

Carefully put these old beliefs into a safe deposit box and say, thank you! And watch it leave!

What needs to be noted is that we don’t need to criticize it, let alone accuse it, we just quietly take care of it and leave.

Now, I invite you to let go of your imagination and imagine that you are rich now, and you can have as much as you want.

I invite you to experience, what kind of person will you become when you have money?

What does the house you live in look like? What’s the style of your house? How is your office organized? What kind of car do you drive? What color is the car’s interior? Can you feel its steering wheel? What is the life you want most? Where do you travel? What hobbies are you developing? What kind of relationship do you have with your lover? What would people you know say about you? What kind of person have you become in the eyes of your parents? What kind of person are you in the eyes of your children? If one day you really realize your dream, how will you feel? How do you express your happiness?

Notice the feelings welling up within you and feel them fully.

Now that you’ve fully felt this feeling, I’m going to ask you a few questions.

However, there is no right or wrong answer to this question, and you do not need to tell anyone the answer to this question.

The question is:

1: Where are you now?
2: Do you deserve such a life? There are so many people in this world,
3: Why do you live such a life instead of others?
4: What contribution have you made to this world?
5: Is the world a better place because of your existence?
Feel what you are feeling in this moment. No matter how you feel at the moment, just experience it and not judge it. Then listen to the voice behind the feeling and ask yourself,
6: If I have money, what can I do to give me a stronger sense of deservingness? Only then can I truly say that I deserve to have such a life.

At the same time, please let us raise our desires from the inside out.
I want to be a powerful and abundant vessel of nature and pray that God will use me.

Money is energy and a gift. I respect this gift. I take every fortune that flows into my life seriously. I keep it carefully and use it wisely.
Money flows through me and becomes a great tool that I can use to make the world a better place.

Be quiet, take a deep breath, and let your imagination fly: What unique strengths do I have?

What is my true heart’s desire?

What contribution can I bring to the world?

Let yourself repeat often, “I deserve a life like this, where wealth flows continuously into my life. I am the most effective steward of God’s wealth. Through these wealth, I make the world a better place.”

Breathe deeply. Take one breath and inhale this wonderful feeling deeply into your body, letting every cell in your body know that you are now a person with endless wealth. Your wealth is even more than that of Buffett, because it is unlimited.

My income may come from any source, my income continues to increase, I can always pay off various bills easily, my savings are getting more and more, my snowball is getting bigger and bigger, I have health, time, love, Trust, joy, comfort, beauty, wisdom, success and abundant money.

In the vastness of my beautiful life, I am completely one with the Great Power, and God loves me completely and supports me. Everything is perfect, whole and complete.

I already possess endless wealth, ability, and wisdom, and I never lack or need to lack them in my life. My life is flawless and without limitations.

I am completely open to the abundance God has given me.

Everything I need and desire, I receive without even asking, I am always guided and protected, I am surrounded by love and beauty and abundance.

I am sincerely happy for the success of others. Sufficient wealth and success can flow to each of us. The time for everyone to bear fruit is not the same. I quietly wait for the time for mine to bloom and bear fruit.

I often enrich my thoughts, and my thoughts are pure and beautiful.
There is as much wealth and money in the world as air, inexhaustible!

I am my unique self, open to and accepting of all nature’s abundant offerings.

I am deeply grateful that life has been so generous to me and that my world is so rich and beautiful.
